of the consignments, no difficulty will arise. I should
be glad to know whether the Colonial Office have any
objection to our giving an assurance in terms similar to
those used in my letter of the 23rd September to cover
shipments of arms from the United States of America to the
destinations mentioned in the Counsellor's letter.
